Soft on entry, with smooth tannins and balanced acidity. Well-structured and harmonious, with pronounced black-fruit character and a long finish—an excellent expression of classic Bordeaux. French pan-seared duck breast or Chinese-style braised beef brisket. The rich black-fruit notes complement savory meats, while the silky tannins balance the dish’s richness.
