Château de Lagorce
The history of
Château Lagorce dates back to the Gallo-Roman period. The estate is set within
an ancient church, and to this day, the church windows from that era can still
be seen.
Located in the
southeast of Bordeaux, the château spans 35 hectares of vineyards, ideally
positioned between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers—an exceptional setting that
provides optimal conditions for vine growth. Passed down through generations of
the Mazeau family, the estate has been shaped by four generations of
winemakers, carrying forward a long-standing tradition of craftsmanship.
