Deep, intense ruby. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and plum, with layers of spice, cedar, leather, and smoky notes. Full-bodied with firm structure; tannins are silky yet powerful. Richly layered and superbly balanced, with excellent aging potential—ideal for 5–25 years of cellaring. Grilled lamb chops, red meats, black truffle dishes, or aged cheeses.
